Position Summary

Xylem is now hiring for a Logistics and Supply Chain Analyst to work in the Atlanta, GA area. Other locations candidates could be based include Colorado Springs, CO, Houston, TX, and Charolotte, NC.

The position is responsible for ensuring Xylem logistics has visibility to service levels and financial metrics ensure internal customers can deliver to our customers on time. The successful candidate will be able to appraise and improve our logistics activities by evaluating our current providers and practices and leading the change.

This role will give you the exposure to working with various stakeholders across the business including our Lean, Sustainability, operations, and financial teams and gain a larger understanding of how Xylem operates as a company.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Reporting, data analytics, efficiency and optimization analysis - 50%

  • En Route, Pickup, or delivery, shipment issue resolution 15%

  • Invoice Resolution 10%

  • Freight cost allocation 5%

  • Parcel Management 5%

  • Lean Practice coaching and training 10%

  • CASS - Manage freight claims - 5%

Position Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree (Preferred), Work experience combined with Education will substitute.

  • 3-5 years experience

  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills

  • Microsoft Office Experience

  • SAP experience

  • SQl, Python, PowerBI

  • Self-motivated, able to find root cause of inefficiencies and take initiative to implement process in place for resolution.
