HIRINg IMMEDIATELY – HYBRID SR. HR SPECIALIST

Our client, a nationally recognized and award-winning healthcare organization that provides the highest standard of care, leader in innovation, recognized for its exceptional quality and patient satisfaction, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist.

Location: Hybrid in Altamonte Springs, FL.

Pay: $27 - $30/hour (based on experience and qualifications).

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm (Hybrid).

What you will be doing:

  • Performing a wide variety of functions within HR focusing on workforce management transactions.

  • Acting as a subject matter expert resource to teammates to assist with questions and escalations

  • Researching complex and non-routine employee issues escalated through calls and cases to determine action for resolution

  • Supporting standard employee data management transactions, employment verification, and document management responsibilities as the workload necessitates.

  • Evaluating re-organization requests and establishing a plan to make position adjustments/create positions in a manner that achieves the desired outcome with minimal negative impact, communicating with requester, IT, and facility HR.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR and 2+ years of solid HR compensation experience.

  • HR generalist experience.

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP designation or equivalent preferred.

  • Focus on transactional work such as: salary changes, transfers, promotions, etc.

  • Maintain current knowledge of labor laws, federal, state, and local employment law.
