University of Maryland School of Dentistry is conducting a search for a full- timeclinical track,faculty position as a dentist anesthesiologist in the Department of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. Major responsibilities include providing general anesthesia and sedation for dental patients, as well as lectures, seminars and training for dental students/residents, and administrative duties. The position requires a DDS/DMD or equivalent degree and a regular or limited license to practice dentistry in the State of Maryland. Must have completed a CODA approved Dental Anesthesiology Residency of minimum three years. Must be currently board certified by the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology or board eligible and will receive diplomate status within 5 years of employment. Salary and academic rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The Position will be available until filled.
