A Senior Associate Talent Acquisition Partner is a skilled and experienced professional who plays a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process who works closely with the broader talent acquisition team taking a lead in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection. Senior Associate Talent Acquisition Partners may be involved in crafting and implementing recruitment strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Senior Associate Talent Acquisition Partners significantly contribute to the success of the recruitment function and the organisation's overall talent acquisition objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networking platforms, and referrals.

  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, interview details, and feedback.

  • Assist in promoting the organisation's employer brand to potential candidates, highlighting its culture, values, and career opportunities.

  • Contributes to building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Update and maintain candidate data in the CRM platform

  • Assist in creating job postings and posting them on various job boards and career websites.

  • Conduct reference checks for selected candidates, verifying their qualifications and work history.

  • Proactively supports positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, responding to candidate inquiries and providing timely feedback.

  • Proactively supports tracking and maintaining recruitment data, such as candidate pipelines, sourcing metrics, and time-to-fill, to provide insights for talent acquisition strategies.

  • Work closely with the talent acquisition team, HR colleagues, and hiring managers to support recruitment efforts.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

  • Developing knowledge of relevant labour laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to talent acquisition and candidate selection.

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to manage candidate data and streamline workflows effectively.

  • Ability to stay updated on talent market trends, industry insights, and best practices to inform talent acquisition strategies.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Relevant degree, e.g. Human Resources or Industrial Psychology

  • Relevant certifications

Required Experience:

  • Moderate level experience in talent acquisition or HR-related roles.

  • Moderate level experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and conducting initial candidate assessments.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Moderate level experience in providing support to talent acquisition teams, assisting with candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies and initiatives to promote the organisation as an employer of choice and attract top talent.

  • Knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process and involvement in various recruitment activities.

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other tools used in talent acquisition.

  • Ability to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

  • Awareness of relevant labour laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to talent acquisition and candidate selection.

  • Exposure to various candidate sourcing channels and methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking.
