Eaton’s Global Financial Services and Systems division is currently seeking a Senior Analyst. This hybrid role is position in our Beachwood, Ohio location.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $80250.03 - $117700.04 a year.

What you’ll do:

This role supports the global purchase-to-pay processes and procedures for our Oracle and SAP based systems within Eaton's Global Financial Systems and Services organization. This role's main responsibilities include ensuring that global processes are being adhered to, driving the training and implementation of PTP projects. Providing on-time excellent customer service and supporting the development and execution of process improvements and new initiatives in a fast-paced, ever-changing, global environment.

In this function you will:

• Work with various functions across Eaton to implement PTP projects

• Serve as a PTP SME and provide inputs as an expert in PTP processes to support project work

• Conduct PTP trainings and provide ongoing support

• Complete and/or coordinate upgrade testing for various PTP applications

• Document and share best practices and lessons learned related to PTP projects

• Develop process knowledge as it relates to PTP applications.

• Assist with various ad hoc data analysis requests

• Identify and implement process improvements and policy changes as needed

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance

• Minimum 2 years of accounting or finance experience

• Relocation is not available. Candidates must live within 50-mile radius of Beachwood, Ohio to be considered.

• Sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without requiring company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Financial accounting systems experience, specifically SAP and Oracle
