Position Summary:

Serves as liaison between patient and medical support staff. Performs patient care activities that include clinical and lab-related tasks under guidance of physician or mid-level provider. Reports to Practice Manager for all administrative issues.

Applies knowledge of age-related factors appropriately to patients, utilizing appropriate policies and procedures.

Reports to: Director of Physician Services

Minimum Education x Graduate of a Program in Discipline Required Drag Edit Delete

Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Drag Edit Delete

Required Skills Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) - - to be obtained within 30 days Drag Edit Delete

Required Licenses [West Virginia, United States] Other Current licensure by WV State LPN Board or a multi-state license.
