Amazon Senior Product Manager, SDC Product Team in Bellevue, Washington

If yes, the Supply Chain Innovations team is looking for a Senior Product Manager that can will lead our most highly visible and strategic projects/product solutions to fundamentally shift how we operate our network 3+ years.

The ideal candidate will have track record of owning technical products, influencing roadmaps, making feature tradeoffs and delivering on the solution. The ideal candidate possesses product management rigor and will be comfortable with ambiguity, proactively assumes ownership of business problems, enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and evangelizes the product vision within the organization. You will work with partner technology teams, data scientists, and product managers across SCOT, AFT, Retail, FBA, Amazon Business and Amazon Distribution.

Key job responsibilities

Work closely with senior management, PMTs and engineers across cross-functional teams to map product requirements, create prioritization, develop pilot plans and deliver tech solutions

Create buy-in for product vision both internally and with partner teams, and evangelize that vision within the organization

Develop detailed business requirements that can be used to create product specifications and design

Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning

About the team

Our team owns the P&L of a key component/business of the Amazon Fulfillment Network (AFN) that is fundamentally changing how AFN operates and scales in the future. We create the long-term vision of how AFN should scale, the benefits our recommendations deliver, and drive the product development, both non-tech and tech, to enable that vision. Our business is at an early stage with a tremendous scope to incubate new ideas, and develop creative solutions to persistent problems. Due to high impact of our business, frequent touch points with senior leadership are required.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
