AWARE's Curriculum and Professional Development Specialists earn $22.50 per hour.Talents, skills, and abilities:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Requires at least two (2) years of employment experience working in curriculum development and/or employment and training programs with a demonstrated knowledge of program planning, early childhood assessment and family systems.Requires good oral and written communication skills and an ability to form professional relationships with a diverse group of people.Requires computer literacy skills, including the ability to navigate, record, and overall basic computer skills needed for performance-based software as well as an electronic medical records system.Requires a BS/BA Degree in Early Curriculum Development, Education or a related field, in addition to direct employment related experience.Benefits:AWARE proudly offers an excellent benefits package, uniquely designed to support you and your family in staying well, professional growth, and achieving financial security.
