TEKsystems Helpdesk Supervisor in Birmingham, Alabama

Description:

One of TEKsystems' clients, an enterprise organization headquartered in Birmingham, AL, is looking for a Technical Support Supervisor for an POS upgrade project. The candidate will join the project and learn the business and the processes by which the team will ultimately provide post-installation support. As the team builds to a team of 25-30 technicians, the supervisor will be responsible for making sure everyone stays on task and is productive to ensure that the projects stays within budget and timelines. The technical support supervisor will handle any escalations and report updates to the manager and leadership on status.
