The Bedrock OCM Team supports people through the changes inherent in this transformation.

As an OCMLead you will collaborate with Business Leads, SAP Functional and Product Teams and the Bedrock PMO to identify change management impacts and then build and execute change mitigation plans. The OCM Lead is responsible for modeling and coaching behaviors consistent with Simplot’s values and for successful, sustained project outcomes.The role requires strong business acumen as well as excellent problem solving, organizational and communication skills. This position will be based at our Boise, Idaho Headquarter office.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on change tactics and communication plans, leveraging best practices from a variety of change models

• Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders

• Collaborate with and influence business and project leaders to identify and mitigate resistance

• Responsible for collecting change impacts and implementing strategies to support adoption, utilization, and proficiency

• Evaluate business cultures and stakeholders to assess change readiness, make change focused recommendations and create feedback loops to measure on-going engagement

• Help develop a change champion culture

• Must be highly agile and comfortable communicating at all levels

• Peer mentor teammates to grow change capability and resolve people side issues

Typical Education

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

Relevant Experience

• 3+ years related experience and/or training

• SAP S4/HANA experience a plus

• Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Practical understanding of a variety of change management methodologies, technology adoption/sustainment, and strategic communication methods.

Required Certifications

Prosci certification preferred
