Universal Health Services Administrative Coordinator in BRENTWOOD, Tennessee

The UHS' Clinical Services is hiring an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support for the to the Senior Vice President of Clinical Services and other areas of the department as needed.

Location: Brentwood, TN

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Administrative Support for department – maintaining files, coordinate meetings & conference calls, distributing mail & documents as needed.

  • Maintain calendar for the department Senior Vice President and others as requested.

  • Coordinate follow-up for Clinically Related Compliance Calls—assure that reports are completed for each investigation and report back findings.

  • Supports Performance Improvement function; Staff Training function; Clinical Record Audit function and Clinical Services function.

  • Coordinate all Clinical Services Division meetings—departmental and division-wide; assist with event planning.

  • Participate in Patient Safety Organization meetings—coordinate meeting times, locations, and minute management.

    Qualifications

    High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook. Must have strong analytical skill with working knowledge of Excel and general business processes.

  • Knowledge and use of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition.

  • Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner, at times with constricted time-lines.

  • Maintains confidentiality of critically sensitive information.

  • Ability to multi-task.
