What you’ll do:

As an EBS Policy Lead, you are responsible for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies for ERP systems and shared services. This includes establishing best practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency. You should have a strong understanding of the organization's current governance structures, policies, and procedures. Additionally, you will establish accountability for new business process changes through policy development, which includes providing necessary training, setting up escalation protocols, obtaining leadership approval, and supporting functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ERP and Enterprise Business Services policies:Design policies for use, access, security, and maintenance of ERP systems.
  • Policy compliance and enforcement:Conduct audits, identify non-compliance, and develop corrective actions.
  • Regulatory compliance:Stay updated on regulations and ensure policies meet legal requirements.
  • Policy documentation and communication:Create and communicate clear policy documents, user manuals, guidelines, and SOPs.
  • Training and education:Develop and deliver training programs to promote policy awareness and compliance.
  • Continuous improvement:Identify and drive process optimization, automation, and standardization initiatives.
  • Risk management:Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies and controls.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting:Establish metrics, monitor policy effectiveness, and prepare management reports.

What you’ll need:

EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience with ERP systems and shared services policy development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Knowledge of policy development and governance framework.
  • Familiarity with project management methodology and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in change management and process improvement initiatives is desirable.
