Universal Health Services REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - PATRIOT SUPPORT in BRENTWOOD, Tennessee

Responsibilities

Universal Health Services (UHS) is seeking a talented and dynamic Regional Account Manager - Patriot Support to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Position Summary:

The Regional Account Manager - Patriot Support r epresents the product line of Patriot Support programs and acts as the point of contact for referrals from key accounts on behalf of all UHS Patriot Support designated facilities in the assigned region.

Key Accountabilities/Duties:

  • Travels to military bases as directed by leadership and meets with key stakeholders to discuss our products.

  • Acts as a conduit for communication between base command, mental health/medical command and treating facility for all ADSM treatment episodes.

  • Coordinates command visitation in conjunction with Program Managers to assure access to ADSM per the request of command.

  • Assists in coordinating travel as requested by command once an ADSM is accepted for treatment at the facility.

  • Conducts service recovery, as necessary with command, ADSM family members and DHA case managers.

  • Creates brand trust with DHA case managers to assure UHS Patriot Support locations are the provider of choice for all inpatient referrals within the TRICARE network.

  • Provides Military Culture training for Patriot Support staff at assigned UHS facilities.

  • Continuously conducts needs assessment to ensure UHS is meeting the needs of active-duty service members and families.

  • Attends key meetings and conferences related to the military.

  • Actively collaborates with leadership at Patriot Support locations – current and future – to ensure core standards are being maintained.

  • Contributes to the development of a national database by entering all contacts into the database.

  • Works with business development and product to discover new locations for identification of new programs and services that can be developed based on customer need or gaps in services.

  • Collaborates closely with the National Call center via daily communication regarding incoming referrals, assistance to coordinate admissions for referrals and new sources requiring immediate follow up.

  • Provides ownership of development, execution and results of the strategic plan for military program growth across the division.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required. Extensive military experience service of 8-10 years or more may be considered in lieu of degree requirement.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience working with military staff and treatment facilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Independent, motivated and results oriented.

    Travel Requirements: 70-85%
