Location: From port as needed (Two positions; Mackinaw City and Cheboygan)

Retail Enthusiast Duties:

1.

Provide a welcoming atmosphere to all.

2.

Organize and clean the shop to promote sales.

3.

Check in customers and answer questions.

4.

Answer phone calls and take messages/book clients.

5.

Keep the outside areas clean and tidy.

6.

Maintain bathrooms and trash between customers.

7.

Keep record of sales and count cash at the end of shift.

8.

Meet and greet customers/accept payment/check certification cards (if diving) AND release forms as necessary.

9.

Maintain a friendly work environment and positive attitude. No behavior deemed hostile, or insubordination will be tolerated with any employees.
