• Adecco (Norwood) has partnered with a client in Forest Park, OH to locate 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift Pouch Press Operators. These positions are DIRECT HIRE opportunities!   As a pouch press operator, you will be r esponsible to produce shaped pouches and verify they are within customer specifications. Operators will have overall responsibility for the machines encompassing everything from installation and maintenance to output improvements. It is the Operator's responsibility to ensure that products meet or exceed specification requirements for the manufacturing of various products. Operators must obey all facility and department rules. Other duties and functions may be assigned on an as needed basis. Getting assistance when needed. · Visual inspection of pouches to ensure customer quality.· Perform quality testing using various lab equipment and documenting results.· Sorting and packing finished pouches in boxes.· Put material on pallets and wrap in system. · Follow good documentation practices.· Keeps area clean and equipment in good working order.· Troubleshoots equipment and product issues.· Follows all facility and department safety rules.· Other tasks and duties as assigned.· Other duties as needed.Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:   · High school diploma or equivalent preferred.· Must be able to lift 50 lbs . · Basic math skills required.· Requires long periods of standing and climbing stairs and ladders and which also involves movement in and around the work area and machines.· Requires some bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and twisting as well as significant amount of work involving hand eye coordination.  What's in this for you?    · Competitive base pay - $18-$22/hr based on experience · Available overtime · Shifts· 1st Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm· 2nd Sunday - Thursday 3pm - 11pm· 3rd Sunday - Thursday 11pm - 7am· Comprehensive benefits- medical, dental, vision, options available  Note: you must submit an updated resume and interview with our Forest Park partner prior to being selected.
