JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES) * Manufactures small batches of experimental products, provides feedback on manufacturability to engineers and scientists. * Provides technical support to engineers and scientists in areas such as operations, maintenance, safety, testing, process improvement or product development. * Uses schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions or defined plans to perform testing and troubleshooting on electronic or mechanical components, equipment, or systems. * Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data using established formulas and procedures and performs detailed mathematical calculations. * Conducts and documents a variety of standardized tests; prepares routine test specimens using established procedures and/or drawings; sets up and operates standard test equipment; records test data. * Responsible for executing work in accordance with instructions provided. * Performs additional tasks as required by engineers or supervisor. * Responsible for the safe operation, cleanliness, and routine maintenance of all assigned laboratory equipment * Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy.
