Location: Euclid - 22801 - Cleveland, OH, United States (US) Employment Status: Hourly Full-Time Function: Manufacturing Pay Range: ($36,504.00 - $52,936.00) Target Bonus: % Req ID: 24328 PURPOSE: Support consumable product development and certification through prototype production and routine product performance evaluations using established procedures and work practices. Report to Consumable R&D Managers or their designees. JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES) * Manufactures small batches of experimental products, provides feedback on manufacturability to engineers and scientists. * Provides technical support to engineers and scientists in areas such as operations, maintenance, safety, testing, process improvement or product development. * Uses schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions or defined plans to perform testing and troubleshooting on electronic or mechanical components, equipment, or systems. * Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data using established formulas and procedures and performs detailed mathematical calculations. * Conducts and documents a variety of standardized tests; prepares routine test specimens using established procedures and/or drawings; sets up and operates standard test equipment; records test data. * Responsible for executing work in accordance with instructions provided. * Performs additional tasks as required by engineers or supervisor. * Responsible for the safe operation, cleanliness, and routine maintenance of all assigned laboratory equipment * Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy. BASIC REQUIREMENTS * Level II: Vocational Training & 3+ years of related experience or, High School Diploma or equivalent & 5+ years of experience in related field * Level III: Vocational Training & 5+ years' experience required or, Associate degree in related field or, High School Diploma (or equivalent) & 7+ years' experience in related field. * Has working knowledge and skills to perform a defined set of analytical/scientific methods or operational processes. * Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise. * Works within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods * Works with a moderate degree of supervision * Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain neat, accurate records. * Proven ability to work independently and as a part of a team with minimal supervision. * Ability to develop a positive and cooperative work environment with colleagues and supervisors. * Excellent communication sApply here: https://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=YmJnZW5lcmljLjY0NDQwLjEwNTA4QGxpbmNvbG5lbGVjdHJpY2NvbXAuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t
