**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, active lifestyle and happy, vibrant living, with a focus on providing an exceptional experience for our customers. **Duties:** - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product information, demonstrate features, and explain benefits to customers - Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and credit card machines - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise - Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling techniques - Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with excellent phone etiquette - Conduct product demos to showcase key features to customers **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Experience in food and beverage, nutrition, health and fitness and wellness sales, or similar fields is advantageous .
