What We Offer: As part of the total compensation for this role, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:

Anticipated Salary Range: $19.25 to $23.88 per hour

Responsibilities:

Serve as executive assistant and administrative thought partner for Development and Engagement departments; Organize and manage multiple aspects of the departments including weekly administrative priorities, meeting and travel arrangements, general office operations, data entry assistance, and internal and external administrative communications. Act as administrator to the Board, Foundation Board, and other affinity groups as assigned. Arrange travel for board members and directors as needed, distribute materials and manage meeting minutes. Support internal Development and Engagement events and meetings through managing an organization-wide calendar, coordinating meeting logistics, and staffing a select number of events in support of or as a representative of the Directors. Some evenings and weekends required.

Additional Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

Some college/Associate's degree, and/or specialized accounting/administrative training, plus a minimum of four years of related experience; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, PDF/Adobe, excellent organizational skills and oral and written communication skills; ability to think critically and solve problems; good judgment and ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion; ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and manage multiple demands and competing priorities in a fast-paced and challenging office environment; exceptional customer service skills; ability to operate standard office equipment. Must be available for some evening and weekend hours to support specific programming.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (business administration and/or arts administration focus) or certification.
