Program Analyst – Jr. Management Support Specialist

HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.

  • Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.

  • Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements.

  • Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

  • Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

  • May perform business development activities.

  • Participates in special projects as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Three (3) years of experience in life cycle or program management support, including Surface Warfare engineering and process knowledge, training plan development, and financial planning. At least One (1) year of experience in a training environment performing technical writing/editing and quality assurance functions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience

  • While not required, intermediate to advanced experience in any of the following programs is a plus: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word

  • Security Clearance Level: SECRET

  • US Citizenship Required

  • Location: King George, VA

The likely salary range for this position is $60,549 - $70,150. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
