Your Opportunity

  • Develop and execute benefits programs that are both competitive and in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This involves continuous evaluation of benefits to ensure they address the needs of employees while supporting organizational goals.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of benefits programs, which include health, dental, disability, and life insurance plans, among others. This includes enrollment, changes, and termination of benefits.

  • Serve as the main contact for all questions related to benefits from employees, management, and external providers.

  • Conduct benefits orientations and informational sessions for new hires and existing employees.

  • Ensure that all benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive and cost-effective benefits.

  • Conduct regular benefits analysis to assess their effectiveness and competitiveness.

  • Play a key role in the development and execution of the firm’s wellness strategy, promoting employee health and well-being through targeted programs and initiatives.

    Must have skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations affecting employee benefits.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex benefits information in an understandable way.

  • High level of proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $115-130K. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will be posted through May 31, 2024.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
