Infinite Health Collaborative (iHealth) Medical Records Coordinator - ogi| Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Infertility in Edina, Minnesota

Description The Medical Records Coordinator will maintain medical records and prepare patient information for provider daily clinics. This is a casual / temporary position based out of of ogi | Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility. ogi | Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare. Essential Functions: Request charts for upcoming appointments Scan patient information into electronic medical record Verify patient information is accurate and up to date in electronic medical record Prep for patient appointment, including patient face sheet, portal forms, worksheet, diagnostic results pertaining to the appointment, and other provider requests Distribute Efax reports daily Ensure inter-office correspondence is distributed and documented in a timely manner Maintain records area Any and all other duties as assigned Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience Previous Medical Records experience preferred Essential Requirements: Ability to: Comply with company policies, procedures, practices and business ethics guidelines. Complete job required training.
