Major/Essential Functions:
Supports the Service Plus Philosophy of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center
Process Release of Information Requests as well as accurately bill and collect from various entities.
Employee must be able to handle cash and reconcile financial activity and balances to ensure accuracy in accordance to Institutional polices and procedure
Answer telephone/help walk in customers
Assist in Scanning paperwork into EMR
Adheres to institutional and departmental policies and procedures
Personally demonstrate, display, and act in accordance with TTUHSCEP’s values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork).
Perform all other duties as assigned
