Position Description:

Performs semi-professional work on various projects and programs. Work is performed under supervision within established policies with latitude for independent judgment. Employee performance is based upon a review of completed work and overall results obtained. May supervise specialized clerical section.

Major/Essential Functions:

  • Supports the Service Plus Philosophy of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center

  • Process Release of Information Requests as well as accurately bill and collect from various entities.

  • Employee must be able to handle cash and reconcile financial activity and balances to ensure accuracy in accordance to Institutional polices and procedure

  • Answer telephone/help walk in customers

  • Assist in Scanning paperwork into EMR

  • Adheres to institutional and departmental policies and procedures

  • Personally demonstrate, display, and act in accordance with TTUHSCEP’s values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork).

  • Perform all other duties as assigned
