Job Description

This role will be responsible for the oversight and execution of our customer billing activity. The role will interface regularly with multiple functions of the business. Additionally, this role is the super user for month end Oracle close to the AR Module and will be responsible for completing Month-End close duties to ensure accurate reporting.

This position will be Hybrid-Remote , allowing the individual to work partly from home and partly in the office each week. As such, it requires the individual to reside within a commutable distance of Endicott, New York BAE Systems location.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience.

• 2 years of applicable billing experience.

• This role will require strong communication and problem solving skills.

• The individual must be team oriented and able to work independently with limited supervision.

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Prior experience with Oracle and prior experience in Billing or Accounts Receivable for an International Company.

• Experience with Government and Customer billing systems.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $71600 - $121700
