Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Innovative Clinical Analytics (ICA) Team.

  • Uses independent judgement and facilitation skills to support strategic program planning, resource management, training, and meeting support to ICA user community.

  • Makes recommendations to MRAT leadership for decisions on program objectives.

  • Manages in-person, phone, and email inquiries and guides users through processes. Coordinates all activity planning during product rollouts, including scheduling and confirming meetings, and confirming completion of scheduled pre-training tasks at local and offsite installations where products will be deployed.

  • Travels as needed to provide training, logistical and general onsite support during rollouts.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service environment.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Must be US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance or have an

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
