  • The starting pay for this position is $75,000+/year increasing with certification, experience and education.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

 

  • You will be responsible for supporting daily maintenance operations, and providing oversight for the Supervisors and Technicians.
  • You will also assist to make sure all department team members comply with SOPs, HACCP, HAZMAT and all other maintenance meet Company, state and federal policies and procedures. 
  • Work with department supervisors to maximize the reliability of all equipment while minimizing costs. 
  • All other relevant duties to the job.

     

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM...

 

  • You'll need to have supervisory experience, and be good at leading people with positive reinforcement.
  • Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Work well with others, and be able to motivate your team.
  • You will also need to be well organized to assist in managing the department.

     

THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT...

 

  • You will be working in a poultry manufacturing facility.
  • You'll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights.
