A leading medical device manufacturer is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to join our team in Sunrise, FL. salary: $22 - $22.1 per hour

shift: Second

work hours: 2 PM - 10:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management

  • Computer Savvy

  • SAP experience required

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.

  • Ensure all inventory is accurately logged and stored in designated locations.

  • Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions in the inventory management system.

Material Handling:

  • Pick and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.

  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Ensure the proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage.

  • Heavy lifting upto 50 lbs.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management review.

  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and industry standards.

The essential functions of this role include:

  • working in a smoke free environment

  • manual lifting up to 50lbs

  • working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

  • SAP (1 year of experience is required)

  • Computer savy (2 years of experience is required)

  • Inventory

  • Inventory Auditing
