BAE Systems Shipping Administrator (Onsite) in Greenlawn, New York

Job Description

  • Prepare and manage all required shipping documentation of both contractual and non-contractual products for shipment in accordance with government, customer, and commercial standards.

  • Provide administrative support on a daily basis for all activities within shipping

  • Maintain compliance with Export and ITAR requirements for all international shipments

  • Generate Government Bills of lading, air bills and bar code labels along with all transportation related documents

  • Interface with our in house Government officials, communicate with the various levels of management

  • Ensure timely processing of company documents and maintains accurate shipping records and files, as required

  • Manage required monthly MMAS audit documents

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Minimum 2-4 years of industry experience

  • Knowledge of using the following systems: ACE, Mil Comply/WAWF

  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams)

  • Must be able to obtain Secret government clearance

  • Detail orientated & the ability to multi task

  • Ability to understand & comprehend Contracts

  • Provide customer service/have people skills & communicate

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $69960 - $118920

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
