About the Role:
As a CBRE graphic designer, you will assist in the delivery of organizational change and workplace activation projects through the development of bespoke digital and printed materials working directly with our multi-national clients.
What You’ll Do:
• Create custom digital and print materials for clients, including signage (print & digital), communications, infographics, internal websites
• Translate text-heavy information into compelling visuals to best support targeted business objectives
• Gain an understanding of the client's business and ensure deliverables align with the business strategic direction
• Support the development of change management plans to drive adoption of change within client organizations.
• Compile and analyze data from surveys and client meetings
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of your own work.
• Work within standardized guidelines and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straight forward information, ask questions, and check for understanding
What You’ll Need:
· Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
· Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
· Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
· Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (general proficiency and used as a design medium)
· Mastery of core Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
· Skilled at integrated assets generated from core Adobe programs into PowerPoint
· Strong skills in Microsoft Word (formatting, style application)
· Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (editing data for creation of charts and graphs in PowerPoint)
· Familiarity with 3D programs a huge plus
· Familiarity designing with HTML, CSS, and Javascript a plus
· Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
