Position Summary:

Essential Functions * Collaborates with nurse managers and staff to assess the learning needs and competencies of staff. * Designs, delivers, and assesses learning activities and curriculums related to clinical competencies, departmental/organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and the use of clinical information technologies. * Serves as a consultant/mentor for staff in areas of program development, clinical practice, and professional development. * Participates in the development, coordination, and delivery ofnew stafforientation and education activities. * o

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degreepreferred   Licenses/Certifications Current RN license valid in NC   Required Skills * Hospital RN Clinical Experience in acute care setting * Experience in clinical system implementations throughout the projectlife-cycle, performing workflow analysis, testing, training, go-live support, system upgrades, and issues management. * Experience in organizational/behavior change management methodologies or principles; passion for excellence and ability to move organizations out of their comfort zone to achieveexcellence * Experience in conducting evaluations and assessments, (i.e.change readiness assessments, workflow optimizationassessments)Requirescritical thinking skills, decisivejudgmentand the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and takeappropriate action. * Demonstrated ability to function both autonomously and collaboratively within a team; networks with colleagues and industry forums toleverageknowledge. * Good understanding of clinical standards and integration of technology.
