UnitedHealth Group GI Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Optum CA in Highland, California

Optum is looking for a GI Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care team in Redlands . The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Position Details:

  • Provide and manage direct patient care, including consultations physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment and patient education

  • See patients 18 years and older

  • Full-time: average 40 hours per week

  • Floats to Beaumont/Banning at least twice a week

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a GI Department

  • Unrestricted CA PA/NP License

  • CA DEA certificate required prior to start date

  • Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

  • EMR Proficiency

California Residents Only : The salary range for this role is $109,513 to $147,146 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
