Description

We are sourcing for a skilled ERP/CRM Consultant focuses on advising on JD Edwards and other applications for both IT analysts and the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all issues are handled appropriately and that the analysis and recommended solutions are appropriate, effective, and meet the business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of diverse projects related to our applications

• Review and manage end-user requirements for new applications

• Craft comprehensive design documents outlining the proposed changes

• Oversee the maintenance of various systems and technologies

• Address application issues promptly to ensure optimal performance

• Guide system administrators in setting up assigned applications and managing system interfaces

• Administer various applications to maintain system stability and security

• Implement lifecycle management practices for assigned and dependent applications to enhance various IT systems

• Evaluate and improve existing processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

• Manage and maintain documentation for all supported applications to ensure accuracy and relevance

• Review and manage the testing of multiple system upgrades before releasing them to the business

• Provide on-call support during non-business hours to Operations as needed

• Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives to streamline existing processes

• Provide performance planning and guidance for direct reports, fostering their professional growth and development

• Share technical expertise with colleagues to facilitate problem-solving and collective success.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• In-depth knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne systems is mandatory

• Expertise in distribution systems is required

• Strong understanding of business processes and operations within the Oil & Gas industry

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills

• Proficiency in project management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders

• Must have the ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Familiarity with current industry regulations and standards in the Oil & Gas sector

• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly

• Must have a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
