What you will do:

· Utilize Avanade's Sales Process (DEEPR) and Solution Selling to secure new business

· Lead customer engagements from prospecting to closing, ensuring a systematic approach to sales

· Develop and execute comprehensive Account Plans

· Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships

· Collaborate with strategic partners to enhance business opportunities

· Manage sales performance and customer satisfaction within your territory

· Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Avanade's offerings and market positioning

Skills and experiences

· Proven ability to interface with customers and manage presentations effectively

· Skilled in negotiation and acting as a trusted advisor

· Proficient in Account Planning and sales pipeline management

· Understanding of Avanade solutions, Microsoft products, and competitive offerings

· Experience in IT project sales and solution selling

· Strong network leveraging for increased influence

· Preferred experience in selling managed services and leveraging offshore resources
