JPMorgan Chase Digital Channels & Connectivity Product Delivery Manager - Vice President in Jersey City, New Jersey

As a Product Delivery Manager in Digital Enablement Services in JPM Access, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Job responsibilities
Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
Use data to make decisions that improves customer experience, business metrics and product adoption
Drive end-to-end execution of roadmap through effective sprint planning, stakeholder management, and healthy experimentation
Partner closely with Technology, Design, and Analytics teams on product development efforts
Define features and requirements and communicate in clearly written documentation
Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into new scope, test plans and scripts
Manage product backlog, production support, issue & defect resolution and prioritization
Lead business agility efforts for Common Services including capacity planning, prioritization, managing dependencies.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing agility processes
Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
Solid understanding of product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Passion for understanding customer needs and demonstrated ability to build digital products
Ability to think strategically and creatively while still being comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution
Outstanding verbal and written communication
Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing and driving decisions
Comfort with identifying next steps to mitigate risks and problem solve
Track record of delivering thoughtful, user-centric and intuitive experiences
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Knowledge of Adobe Analytics a plus
Experience driving product in a highly regulated industry
Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy; you are motivated by figuring out what needs to be done-and then doing it
