Collaborates scheduling of inpatient caseload in conjunction with supervisor. Demonstrates compliance with inpatient billing process. Demonstrates the ability to identify what the patient/member educational needs are. Directly supervises the clinical work of the technicians and keeps the supervisor and managers informed. Educates internal and external customers. Keeps accurate and up-to-date patient records. Makes recommendations for services outside of the discipline. Participates in the interdisciplinary patient/member teaching process. Records appropriate statistical information in and accurate timely manner. Supervises students. Evaluate, treat and re-evaluate inpatients to meet the established Standard of Care. Assesses, organizes, and implements outcome tools into professional practice when applicable.
