Physical Therapist - The Physical Therapist performs evaluations, and provides pre-determined physical therapy treatments on an individual basis for assigned individuals. Supervises treatment sessions with Physical Therapist Assistant.

<P> Major Skills - <LI> Provide screening, diagnosis and treatment to program and related services preschoolers. <LI> Observes, records, and reports individual child behavior maintaining accurate, prompt, and confidential documentation. <LI> Provides physical therapy services to children with special needs as determined by the child's (Individualized Education Plan (IEP). <LI> Participates in Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) Conferences upon request.
