  • Provide programming support to the department and assist operators.
  • Developing and working on fixturing and tooling designs.
  • Review routers for due dates.
  • Make corrections and/or adjustments when required to ensure efficient and effective production of items.
  • Assist within the various work centers in the Plant when personnel shortages or extreme workloads dictate.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problem areas within the Form In Place area.
  • Suggest changes in work conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of the department.
  • Responsible to follow departmental procedures and work instructions as written.
  • Any other task/activity assigned by the supervisor within the scope of thefabrication system.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per the Sealing Devices Quality System.

Experience

Required
  • 1 - 2 years: Manufacturing
  • 1 - 2 years: Machine Operation/Robotics

Education

Required
  • Associates or better
  • High School or better

Skills

Required
  • Blueprint Reading
  • AutoCad
