Overview

An exciting opportunity to be a part of IGT’s Sales Operations Team. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you are required to provide the highest level of internal support and guidance for Account Executives within the North American Gaming division. This guidance includes but is not limited to end-to-end sales process questions, quote support, sales order/contract support, account/customer org support, and ensure quotes are compliant to revenue & company policy. This role requires an individual to work in a team environment while working independently, be self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented with demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.

Your Impact:

• Provide exceptional internal support and guidance for Account Executives including but not limited to opportunity creation, quote worksheet creation, ensuring orders are compliant to revenue & company policy, and all other revenue generating support

• Manage funnel opportunities with accuracy of stages, dates, dollar amounts, attachments, and adding appropriate information for specific Regions & Product Verticals

• Takes responsibility for fully supporting customer from quote through the invoice process with a strong emphasis on customer follow up of inquiries and sales contracts provided to customers.

• Create and modify quotes as required

• Review submitted contract and order forms for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established global pricing policies and sales operations policies

• Create, Run, Maintain existing reports or dashboards per the standards

• Contributes ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedures

• Participate in projects involving technical and process efficiency concepts providing recommendations

• Works with Sales and Accounting to assist resolution to customer billing investigations, disputes, and reconciliations

• Challenging legacy policies and procedures that complicate quote, order, invoice, credit, commissions, and revenue processing, understanding the flexibility for change, and formulating creative solutions or workarounds based on that analysis

• Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base

• Establish strong relationships with Sales, Global Order Management, Production, Compliance, Accounting, Compensation, Rev Rec., Legal, and other internal resources as appropriate

• Responsible for making the sales process seamless for the Account Executive and Customer which may require you to escalate issues/questions on behalf of both Sales and Customers when necessary

Work Location:

Hybrid in the office 2 days per week.

Requirements

Minimum Skills/Experience:

• 2+ years customer order management, sales operations, or sales support experience

• College degree or equivalent work experience

• Ability to learn, comprehend and retain extensive product library including machine requirements

• Ability to learn and follow internal processes and jurisdictional requirements to ensure accurate requests are submitted to meet customer expectations.

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management

• SAP experience required

• Salesforce experience a plus

• Strong time prioritization skills with an emphasis on “sense of urgency”

• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately debate difficult issues; ability to think quickly

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $44,990-$96,845. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
