VCA Shelden Animal Hospital, located in Louisville, Kentucky, is looking for an Associate Veterinarian who enjoys practicing advanced medicine with a cohesive, tenured team.

VCA takes pride in expanding the growth and skill set of new veterinarians. We welcome newly graduated veterinarians (and current veterinary students) to apply to this position where they will receive individualized support with our 6-month mentorship program and a collaborative hospital team environment.

VCA Shelden provides wellness and preventive care, surgery, internal medicine, emergency, and holistic care. We also treat pet cancer, heart, lung, kidney disease, blood disorders, urinary problems, and bone and joint injuries. Our animal hospital's family-oriented approach ensures every experience is handled with compassion and professionalism. In addition, our commitment to pet owner education gives our clients the confidence to make the most informed decisions!
