POSITION SUMMARY

Join our team as a Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy Clinician and make a profound impact on the lives of adolescents and their families! In this role, you'll deliver intensive, in-home clinical treatment that adheres to a proven model, targeting substance abuse and delinquent behaviors. You'll undergo comprehensive training, becoming certified in Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT), while gaining valuable licensure clinical hours and supervision. This position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic and rewarding realm of adolescent, parent, and family clinical care.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus! Half paid upon hire and half paid at one year of service

Salary $60,000

*Per the current needs of the program, this position is Bilingual required - Bilingual inSpanish and English. Additional Bilingual Stipend Available!

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work and Doctorate in Psychology.

• Must hold one of the following credentials to start a position: LMSW, LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPC or licensed or license eligible psychologist. Please note that you can apply prior to receiving the above credentials.

• Valid Drivers License is required. Safely operates vehicle in the community, based on program needs

  LOCATION

  Waterbury, New Haven and New Britain. Position is currently being offered as a hybrid schedule with remote and in-home sessions

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  Completes clinical documentation

  Provides triages for clinical emergencies and aligns with identified safety plan.

  Works collaboratively with internal and external providers

  Meets with families based on model expectations

  Provides service in the office, remote and/or community settings outside of the office (e.g., homes, schools, hospitals, institutions, other community locations) as defined by the program. May transport clients to appointments or linkages as appropriate.

  Work in a team to provide wrap around services to the family both clinical and case management

  Participate in on-call rotation with teammates to support clients/families in times of crisis.
