Pediatric Physical Therapist - Advance Clinician – Manhattan

Overview

Hospital for Special Surgery is actively seeking a dynamic advanced clinician level physical therapist to join our Pediatric Rehabilitation team in our new state of the art HSS Pediatric Rehabilitation and Young Athlete Center. This dynamic setting offers the opportunity to practice in a supportive out-patient environment and collaborate with world class colleagues across multiple disciplines. As a member of our supportive interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical intervention in outpatient settings for children ages newborn through 21.

Candidate must be goal oriented with a desire for professional growth and demonstrate knowledge of pediatric orthopedic and neurologic conditions as well as rehabilitation guidelines. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required.

Along with clinical expertise, this position requires strong communication, team building, mentorship and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic self-starter and have excellent customer service and collaboration skills.

Motion analysis lab experience a plus.

Qualifications

New York State PT licensure is a requirement. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are also vital. Minimum of 4 years of pediatric clinical experience and/or PCS board certification is preferred.

Pay Range - Minimum

USD $105,108.00/Yr.

Pay Range - Maximum

USD $131,758.00/Yr.
