Job Title: Physical TherapistLocation: New Jersey 07470Job Type: Per DiemPosition Overview:Priority Group Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in New Jersey. The Physical Therapist will play a key role in providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to our patients while adhering to professional standards and regulations.Responsibilities:1. Patient Assessment and Treatment:a) Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate patients' conditions and needs.b) Developing personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and improve overall functionality.c) Implementing evidence-based physical therapy techniques and exercises.2. Progress Monitoring and Reporting:a) Monitoring patients' progress, reassessing as necessary, and modifying treatment plans accordingly.b) Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records and progress reports.3. Patient Education and Support:a) Educating patients and their families about therapeutic exercises and strategies for managing conditions or injuries.b) Providing emotional support and encouragement throughout the rehabilitation process.4. Collaboration and Communication:a) Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care.b) Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and caregivers regarding patient progress and needs.Requirements:1. Possession of a New Jersey Licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.2. Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations including those set by the New Jersey Department of Health, Office of Inspector General, Medicaid/Medicare, Corporate Compliance, PEOSHA, and Priority Group Services Policies and Procedures.3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.4. Excellent communication and documentation skills.5. Proficiency in utilizing relevant physical therapy equipment and techniques.Preferred Qualifications:1. Experience in a clinical setting2. Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.3.
