Responsibilities

We are looking to hire an Oracle Fusion Developer (Senior Principal Applications Analyst) with knowledge and skills in supporting procurement and financials and who is a team player with strong experience supporting and developing in Oracle APEX .

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist, train and mentor various consultants and employees that are hired and assigned to our team.

  • Assist the System Administrators and the DBAs in their required activities for supporting the Oracle EBS 12.1.3 application and Oracle Fusion Cloud.

  • Provide technical assistance with concurrent manager issues, account issues, patch installations and testing, database performance issues.

  • Monitor open Help Desk calls dealing with Oracle Purchasing, Receiving, JIT, P-cards, MATS, Sunflower, and work them appropriately for the Business Systems Support team.

  • Provide leadership to other developers on the team and offer support to help them succeed in the completion of their projects.

  • Work on major projects implementing various modules for the core Applications EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud once we’ve migrated.

  • Assist in the creation of disaster recovery plans as well as lead disaster recovery exercises for the applications we support.

  • Core functions which include: developing new ideas to improve efficiency, utilizing teamwork to accomplish department goals, ensuring quality is baked into all products and services delivered, and following Cyber Security guidelines. Support of Oracle EBS Financial and Procurement modules using PLSQL and JAVA. Additional functions include support of Forms, Reports, Workflow, BI Publisher, Interfaces that require additional technology stacks such as Linux scripting, XML, HTML, .NET. Support efforts of move to Oracle Cloud solutions (SaaS and PaaS).

  • Other functions include: migration of development projects into test and production environments, performance tuning, troubleshooting, on-going maintenance, resolving system issues, maintaining security, access control, applying patches and upgrades, designing and implementing system changes.

  • Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications

Due to the nature of our work, US Citizenship is required for all positions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field or equivalent computer-related experience with at least 12 years of relevant, progressively responsible experience.

  • Has command of a broad range of the most advanced technical principles, concepts, and theories in a broad range of disciplines in software development.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle Fusion modules and other Oracle Fusion products with significant experience in Procurement modules.

  • Experience using My Oracle Support, OTN and other Oracle-provided support resources.

  • Understanding basic Oracle Fusion architecture such as Oracle naming and setup conventions, file system layout, server architecture, etc.

  • 12 Years of experience in the solution design, implementation, and ongoing support of Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Applications and Integrations.

  • 5 Years of experience in both Application development and Integration using Oracle APEX.

  • Must have experience in Procurement Services, iSupplier, Procurement Contracts, Procurement Sourcing.

  • 5 Years of Technical Expertise Encompassing Fusion APIs, FBDI, ADF DI Loads, BIP and OTBI Reports.

  • Proficient in Fusion-based Integration development utilizing OIC.

  • Strong track record of building custom applications within Oracle PaaS.

  • Skilled in ESS Jobs, Flex Fields (DFF, EFF, KFF), Lookups, Value sets, and Fusion Apps functional setup manager configurations.

  • Experience in both creating and consuming both SOAP/REST web services in Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle APEX.

  • Oracle EBS 12.1.3 developer background is a plus.

  • Experience with ForgeRock SSO a plus.

  • Experience with writing up system plans a plus.

  • Oracle Fusion cloud developer background with expertskill in:

  • Procurement

  • Supplier Portal

  • Financials and Project Management modules experience is a plus

  • Oracle SQL

  • BIP and OTBI reports including data modules

  • PL/SQL

  • Fusion APIs and FBDI

  • APEX experience

  • Oracle Integration Cloud is a plus

  • Oracle Analytics Cloud is a plus

  • Oracle Business Process Module is a plus.

  • Java experience is a plus.

  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience using My Oracle Support, OTN and other Oracle-provided support resources.

  • Experience with developer-related EBS setups such as creating custom concurrent programs and executables, defining key and descriptive flexfields, define custom profile options, menus, forms, functions, etc.

  • Understanding basic EBS architecture – Oracle naming and setup conventions, file system layout, server architecture, etc.

  • Must have experience in: Procurement Services, iSupplier, Procurement Contracts, and familiarity with Application Object Library concepts and resources and understanding of the table relationships (ERD) of the primary FND tables.

  • EBS 12.1.3 developer background with expert skill in:

  • Oracle SQL

  • Purchasing module

  • iProcurement module

  • AME

  • BI Publisher report creation including data modules

  • PL/SQL – ability to understand Oracle seeded PL/SQL program units

  • Oracle Forms and Reports

  • Oracle Forms Personalization

  • Oracle Workflow Builder

  • Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)

  • APEX experience is a plus

  • Oracle Fusion experience is a plus

  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience trouble shooting and testing applications.

  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Must possess excellent customer service skills and good oral and written communication skills enough to communicate with co-workers, customers, write clear and concise reports, gather information, and collect information.

  • Work will be conducted remotely. Some work at our Losee Road facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada is required in support of these functions.

  • Work schedule will be 4/10s Monday through Thursday (subject to change).

  • Personnel may be requested by leadership to work more than 40 hours per week due to projects, activities, and emergences; critical operational demands may occasionally require off-shift work.

  • Pre-placement physical examination, which includes a drug screen, is required. MSTS maintains a substance abuse policy that includes random drug testing.

  • Must possess a valid dri ver’s license.

    Ability to obtain a HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification credential under the Department of Energy Order 206.2, ‘ Identity, Credential, and Access Management ,’ and Supplemental Directive NNSA SD 206.2, ‘ Implementation of Personal Identity Verification for Uncleared Contractors .’

Annual salary range for this position is:$136,115.20 - $210,974.40.

Starting salary is determined based on the position market value, the individual candidate education and experience and internal equity.
