Meets all clinical affiliation requirements and passing national exam. Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Physical Therapy. 1 year Therapy experience in rehab or acute setting. Consideration will be given for new grads with relevant intern experience, two years preferred. Experience working with a geriatric population. 5 years Leads experience in physical therapy and in supervision.
