Our client is looking for an expereince BIM Designer who is interested in a 12+ month contract to hire position! This is a long-term opportunity that will require the candidate to be local to the Orangeburg, SC area.

Description:

Execute and lead VDC tasks for fabrication shop. These VDC tasks may include 3D Modeling, CAD work, detailing, and a variety of other computer-based fabrication tasks. Be actively involved in process development and improvements for shop. Test new VDC software/hardware/technology and develop ways to make fabrication shop more efficient.

Skills:

Revit, Design, Construction, bim, cad, modeling

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

· Prefer 5+ years in building or design pre-fabrication

· Associates Degree OR Bachelors degree (or equivalent) with preference given to Construction

Technology, Architectural, Civil Engineering, Geospatial, CADD, Construction Management,

related degrees.

· Experience with VDC/BIM

· Experience in a manufacturing or construction setting
