Our phlebotomists draw blood product donations from voluntary and healthy donors who want to make a difference by saving lives. Driver's License needed. An additional 50% match of up to 4% of the employee's contribution Discount programs- Tickets, cell phone plans, car rentals, car dealerships, private insurance plans, restaurants, etc. Employee Assistance Program- Provides 5 free off-site therapy sessions to employees and/or their families each year Life Insurance Coverage -Employer paid and one years' salary coverage Mileage Reimbursement PAY and BONUSES: Starting Rate is $17 per hour Within 12 months, potential to increase to $17.68 per hour Yearly increases New Hire Bonuses: You will be eligible to receive, upon completion of 180 days of service, and successfully passing probation, a $500 retention bonus. Upon completion of 365 days of service, you will receive an additional $500. Total of $1,000 over one year of employment service. Education and Experience: Knowledge of Medical Terminology Competency in taking manual blood pressure and pulse Ability to work with computers and tablets Customer service experience Flexible availability Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
