Machine Operator Jobs require candidates to:

· Watch gauges, dials or other indicators to make sure the machine is operating properly.

· Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities

· Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.

· Employee must stand for prolonged periods, manipulate and feel objects, tools or measuring devices.

· Frequently lifting up to 50 pounds

· Ability to maneuver around the plant, bend, stoop, lean, squat, and move both arms above the head.

· Good hand strength, good finger dexterity and ability to rotate wrist, arms and shoulders.

· Employee must be able to hear, discern and differentiate noises in a loud environment.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Machine Operator jobs:

· Must have high school diploma or GED

· Proficient in math

· CNC operating experience, a plus

· Meticulous attention to detail and well organized

· Independent and willing to take initiative

· Able to work in a fast-paced constantly changing environment

The starting pay rate for the Machine Operator Job is $15.50, plus overtime as needed.

Pay Details: $15.50 to $16.25 per hour
