Click here to learn more: What to expect: The Senior Design Specialist uses a creative and problem-solving approach to develop print and digital materials, content, swag, and assets for internal and external audiences. They work within a well-established brand to employ graphic design principles in elements such as color, shape, images, composition, hierarchy or information, and typography to develop concepts and design that embodies brand spirit and voice. Under immediate supervision of the Senior Director of Strategic Communications, the Senior Design Specialist performs a wide variety of functions. They partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to determine the designs and materials that will help move the mission of PPNCS forward. Senior Design Specialists are advocates in implementing our mission of "Advancing and protecting sexual and reproductive healthcare for all." They may perform other related duties as assigned. Schedule: 40 hours per week, generally Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Position sometimes requires work on nights/evenings to meet deadlines or support events. Responsibilities: This position will impact us with the following contributions: Conceptualize and create innovative designs for print and digital media, including but not limited to: branding materials, advertisements, social media graphics, website elements, packaging, and promotional materials. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand project goals, target audience, and brand guidelines. Develop and present design concepts and mock-ups, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed. Execute designs with precision and attention to detail, ensuring alignment with project objectives, brand standards, and technical specifications. Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to continually improve skills and knowledge. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Work closely with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure quality output and timely delivery of final products. Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets for future reference and collaboration. They may perform other duties as assigned.
