Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst based in San Antonio, Texas. The role involves enhancing business efficiency by analyzing existing systems and designing scalable solutions. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders, conduct analysis of business and user needs, evaluate the effectiveness of business functions using IT resources, and provide post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and system goals.

• Conduct analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements.

• Revise existing system logic as necessary based on analysis results.

• Evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of business functions using IT resources such as 'Business systems', 'Database', 'Microsoft SQL', 'Data reporting'.

• Assist in integration and acceptance testing, training on new systems.

• Provide post-implementation support to ensure the smooth functioning of the systems.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to our systems and processes.

• Develop and maintain detailed reports to track system performance and improvements.

• Liaise with different departments to ensure the system is addressing the needs of the business.

• Ensure all system designs are in compliance with business needs and regulations. Requirements

• Proficiency in Business Systems Analysis

• Experience with Database Management

• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL

• Ability to generate and interpret Data Reports

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Knowledge of business process improvement techniques and strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Demonstrated ability to understand and document complex business processes

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
