Premise Health Health Screenings Coordinator in San Antonio, Texas

eHealthScreenings, a Premise Health Company, has a great opportunity for a full-time Health Screening Coordinator. In this position the Health Screening Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Health Screening Department with processing and managing the set-up of our nation-wide biometric health screening events.


  • Assisting in the planning, organizing, and managing of our health screening events from start to finish

  • Create, maintain, and manage strict event deadlines

  • Organizing event paperwork

  • Effectively communicating with clients and increasing customer satisfaction

  • Training of clients on our procedures

  • General administrative work as needed

  • Assist with answering the customer emergency phone line and resolve client/customer issues in a timely and professional manner


  • Must be extremely detail oriented

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent MS Office experience/skills; Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Works well with others in a team setting to deliver high performance results

  • Possess initiative and a general sense of urgency

  • Have excellent problem-solving skills


  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or 3 years of high-level Administrative or Project Coordinator experience
