• Conduct thorough inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure the flawless quality of our manufactured products.

• Develop and implement CMM programs to automate inspection processes and improve efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with the production team to determine the root causes of any quality issues and develop corrective actions.

• Keep detailed records of inspection outcomes and inform relevant parties about any deviations from specifications.

• Assist in the development and execution of quality control plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Train and mentor new team members on CMM inspection techniques and effective programming methods.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience as a CMM Inspector/Programmer in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in programming and operating CMM equipment.

• Solid understanding of GD&T principles and their application in quality control.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to successfully determine root causes and implement effective solutions.

• Excellent attention to detail to ensure the highest level of accuracy in inspections.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

• Ambitious and self-motivated attitude with a dedication to continuous improvement.

• Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and present inspection results.

Other:

• This position requires rotating flexibility between the hours of 6am-10pm. Shift differential is available for evening shifts.

• This position is an hourly/ wage role eligible for overtime.

• • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
